The process begins when you apply for a job or when you register your details with us. You can send us your resume, by email, upload through this website, or walk-in to our office and hand deliver to our office from Monday to Saturday.

SCHEDULING FOR PRELIMINARY INTERVIEW

A consultant from Fortuna will contact you after reviewing the information you have provided on your CV. Please anticipate some basic questions when arranging for the interview. Note: Your experience and skill level, in addition to availability of relevant job position, may affect the scheduling of an interview.

INTERVIEW AND CAREER CONSULTING

Our consultant interviewing you is knowledgeable about your particular profession and industry. Based on your answers to our inquiry into experience and the nature of your request, we aim to determine the best direction to your chosen career path. Our consultants are specialists in their field and possess a wide network of foreign affiliated companies and respective front-line managers.

INFORMATION ON EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Drawn from a wide network of a given industry our consultants will offer positions where you can maximize your capabilities. In many cases, our consultants have met with the person in charge (e.g., front-line manager) for the chosen company, so they can explain firsthand about a company’s culture, team composition, and more.

COMPANY APPLICATION

Our consultant will recommend you to a company after confirming your willingness to do so. We also provide advice based on your application and how it relates to the company’s culture and available employment opportunities.

COMPANY INTERVIEW

Final Interviews are carried out by the foreign principals, either by video conference, or in person where the principals arrive at Fortuna office for final interviews. In many cases, we also can work with you in preparing for the interview, including background on the interviewer’s character, the corporate culture, and possible line of questioning.

JOB OFFER

When you successfully pass the interview and receive a job offer. Our consultant will represent the employer on sensitive matters by explaining the monthly salary, and other benefits.

ENTERING DOCUMENTATION PROCEDURE

When you have accepted a job offer, we will provide support for a smooth career change. Our consultant will offer advice on how best to leave your current employer on good terms. However, we strongly advice not to resign from the current employer until the visa had been issued by the employer.

FOLLOW-UP AFTER JOINING A COMPANY

Fortuna believes that joining a company is a critical step, not a goal, in any career change. After you have entered a company, our consultant will maintain contact as you develop your career for the long term. We welcome hearing from you about any concern, and providing appropriate advice.
